Born on January 1, 1982, in Maçka-Trabzon.

He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of International Relations at Middle East Technical University and his MA at the Bonn University.

He was admitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2006.

He was posted to the Turkish Embassies in Tehran (Diplomatic Intern), Baghdad (Third Secretary, Second Secretary), Rome (Second Secretary, First Secretary, Embassy Spokesperson), the Consulate General in Jerusalem (Deputy Consul General); and the Turkish Embassy in Sofia (Counselor, Deputy Head of Mission).

In Ankara, he worked at the Directorate General for Multilateral Political Affairs (Attaché), Prime Minister’s Chief Foreign Policy Advisor Office (Head of Section) and the Minister's Special Advisor Office (Head of Department).

He assumed the position of Consul General in Erbil on May 27, 2024.

He is married and has a daughter.
